The Indestructible Hilux
The escapades of the incorrigible trio from the BBC2 programme Top Gear often venture on the insane - all in the interests of entertainment and successfully attracting millions of petrol heads from across the globe. The world has no bounds - from inhospitable deserts to the polar wilderness - all providing the stage for them to stretch their selected motor 'victims' to the limit and beyond.
Oxford have immortalised one of these vehicles in its battered form, as it weathered the antics of Jeremy Clarkson, who subjected the Hilux to a series of tortured tasks to prove its indestructibility.
Our superb model, complete in its visually wrecked form, provides a lasting souvenir of the programme, in which the Hilux survived fire, water and a caravan falling on its head! Jeremy may have knocked its lights out but it still has four wheels and an engine. There are even the remains of its wing mirror!
